Every competing UAE shop fills that gap with invented notes. You will see mint, ice, eucalyptus and menthol berry attached to this pack, and none of it is sourced. Refusing to guess is the whole point of this page.

What does the UAE edition actually change?
The country edition is the market a pack was made for. It sets the artwork, the printed language and the health warning on the box.
IQOS publishes the same blend description for a flavour name across markets, and there is no statement from Philip Morris International that a blend is remixed per market. For Ammil there is no blend description in any market to compare, which is the point.
The Saudi Arabia listing is the source for the menthol label and for the 10 pack bundle format. It is not a UAE source, so treat it as evidence about the product, not about this specific box.

The IQOS ILUMA range and the IQOS ILUMA i range. No other device is approved for TEREA.
All body styles in both families use an identical stick, so a one, a standard or a prime changes nothing about which packs you can buy.
IQOS ORIGINALS and ORIGINALS ONE are not compatible. IQOS warns that using TEREA in a blade device may damage it, because there is no channel in the stick for a blade to enter.

A pack holds 20 sticks, and a carton holds 10 packs, which is 200 sticks. That 10 pack bundle format is exactly how the IQOS Saudi Arabia listing sells it.
