Island addresses, simplified
Bluewaters residences follow a numbered building system, so the note field needs just 2 things: the building number and the apartment. The driver phones before crossing the bridge, and answering that call is what keeps an island delivery inside its hour, since a missed call at a checkpoint costs more time here than on the mainland. Handover happens at your door, to you, against an Emirates ID or passport proving 18 or over.
What the island can order
| Shelf | Covers |
|---|---|
| TEREA sticks | 75 flavours, 5 market editions, all induction format |
| Menthol index | Every cooled stick, ranked by intensity |
| Devices | ILUMA, ILUMA i and Lambda induction hardware |
Imported editions land in their home market packaging, Japanese, Russian, Indonesian or Armenian print, with the flavour name in Latin script. Only UAE edition packs read in Arabic and English, and that difference is the fingerprint of genuine cross market stock.
The terms, compressed
Cash on delivery or card. Free shipping past 200 AED, visible fee under it, nothing added later. A 24 hour photo backed claim window if something arrives wrong. And an age policy that does not blink: 21 plus with ID or the order goes back over the bridge. Full wording in the delivery terms and Age Policy.
Visitors staying on Bluewaters can order exactly as residents do, a passport satisfies the age check just as an Emirates ID does. Holiday apartments simply need the same 2 address lines, building number and unit, in the checkout note.
