Fake and refilled packs are the real risk when you buy TEREA outside the official channel. This is what we do about it, and what you should check yourself at the door.
Every carton we ship is factory sealed and comes from the market printed on the pack, so Japan stock carries Japanese pack text and Kazakhstan stock carries Kazakh and Russian text.
You pay at the door, so open the bag first. Seal intact, batch code printed, pack text matching the edition you ordered.
If the seal is broken or the pack does not match what you ordered, hand it back to the rider and pay nothing.
Message us on WhatsApp within 24 hours with photos and we will sort it out under our refund policy.
Yes, for orders placed between 9:00 AM and 10:30 PM, anywhere inside Dubai. Outside those hours we message you on WhatsApp with the delivery time. Traffic and stock can move the window, and we tell you straight away if that happens.
Free on orders above 200 AED. Below that it is 30 AED. Every order arrives within 1 hour. A single carton clears 200 AED in most editions, so delivery is usually free.
Yes. Every carton is factory sealed and comes from the market printed on the pack. You pay at the door, so check the seal and the pack text before you hand over any money, and refuse the order if anything looks off.
