Staying short term? You can still order
There is no residency requirement, only an age one. A passport works at the door just as well as an Emirates ID, the driver looks at it and hands nothing over without it. If you are in a holiday let along The Walk, add the tower and apartment number in the order note, because JBR’s six walking blocks look identical from a delivery bike.
The stock behind the order
What actually turns up depends on what you picked from 3 shelves:
| Shelf | What is on it |
|---|---|
| TEREA sticks | 75 flavours over 5 market editions |
| ILUMA and ILUMA i devices | The induction devices the sticks are built for |
| Lambda i8 to i10 | Third party induction devices, TEREA compatible |
Blade devices are absent from that table on purpose. TEREA has a sealed metal element inside and only induction heating can use it.
Money at the door
Cash on delivery runs across all of JBR, card too. Clear 200 AED and delivery costs nothing, which one carton generally manages by itself. Below the line, the fee shows at checkout before you commit. The Shipping and Delivery Policy spells out every clause.
One check before the driver rides off
Open the bag. Confirm the flavour and the edition, count the packs on carton orders, look at the seals. Foreign text on an imported pack is normal, only UAE editions print in Arabic and English. Anything genuinely off, tell the driver on the spot.
