How fast we deliver, what it costs and how to order.
Yes, for orders placed between 9:00 AM and 10:30 PM, anywhere inside Dubai. Outside those hours we message you on WhatsApp with the delivery time. Traffic and stock can move the window, and we tell you straight away if that happens.
Free on orders above 200 AED. Below that it is 30 AED. Every order arrives within 1 hour. A single carton clears 200 AED in most editions, so delivery is usually free.
Every area inside Dubai, including Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, Dubai Marina, JBR, Palm Jumeirah, Deira, Bur Dubai and Al Barsha. The full list is in our delivery areas.
We deliver inside Dubai only. If you are outside Dubai, message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you what is possible.
Check out on the website, or send us the product name on WhatsApp. We confirm stock and your address in minutes.
Usually yes. The driver calls before arriving to confirm you are available, so keep your phone to hand. In a tower or compound, add the tower, gate or villa number as a note at checkout.
Before dispatch, yes. Message us on WhatsApp. Once the order is out for delivery we deliver only to the address given at checkout. Details are in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
Paying at the door, age checks and what happens if something is wrong.
Yes. Cash on delivery, card on delivery, or secure online payment at checkout. Nothing is added after checkout.
The rider may ask for Emirates ID or a passport. These are age restricted products for adults only, and the order is not handed over if age cannot be confirmed. ID is checked by eye at the door and never kept. See our Age Policy.
Open the bag before you pay. The seal should be intact, the batch code printed, and the pack text should match the edition you ordered. If anything looks wrong, hand it back to the rider and pay nothing.
Message us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos, or a short video for a device fault. Our Refund Policy explains how claims work.

Yes. Every carton is original, factory sealed product from the market printed on the pack. You can check a pack yourself with our guide to spotting fake TEREA.
Imported editions arrive with the text of the market they were made for. That is what genuine stock from those markets looks like. Only the UAE edition carries Arabic and English.

A pack holds 20 sticks. A carton is 10 sealed packs, so 200 sticks. Every price on this site is per carton.
The device experience is identical. What changes is the flavour line-up, the pack text and the price, from 135 AED for Indonesia up to 249 AED for Japan. See TEREA editions compared.
TEREA Indonesia, from 135 AED per carton. It also has the widest choice, including the Black series, the Dimensions line and clove blends no other market makes.
Tobacco excise differs by market. The price gap comes from where the pack was made for, not from anything different inside it.
TEREA Kazakhstan is a strong everyday range from 140 AED that carries most of the Pearl capsule flavours. Packs have Kazakh and Russian text.
TEREA Japan has the deepest plain tobacco line-up of any edition, with seven regular sticks and no menthol, plus strong Black menthols. From 249 AED.
TEREA Armenia carries the classic colours from 139 AED. Stock comes and goes, so tap Notify me on the product if it is out.
TEREA UAE is the local edition with Arabic and English pack text and the Dimensions line, from 239 AED.
Yes. There is no rule against ordering Japan sticks alongside Kazakhstan, Armenia, UAE or Indonesia ones in the same basket. They all work in the same devices.
Finding the right flavour family.
Coming from a full flavour cigarette, start with Amber or Sienna. From a light cigarette, Silver or Yellow. Menthol smokers usually settle in Menthol or Turquoise.
No. Silver is a light, smooth tobacco flavour with no menthol.
A capsule sits in the filter. Click it mid session and a second flavour releases over the first. See all Pearl flavours.
Black Menthol, Black Purple, Black Green and so on. The Black prefix marks a bolder tobacco base under the same flavour direction. See Black Menthol.
Yugen, Apricity and Ammil. A newer line with layered flavours, sold in the UAE and Indonesia editions.
Because the smoke note is gone. Most switchers find the first 2 or 3 sticks underwhelming and then the tobacco flavour comes through. Give it a few days rather than judging one stick.
Keep cartons sealed, indoors and out of direct sun, never in a parked car. An open pack left in heat can taste flat within a day.
The original induction line, from 239 AED.
ILUMA One at 239 AED, one piece. ILUMA Standard at 289 AED, holder plus pocket charger. ILUMA PRIME at 429 AED, the same features in an aluminium body with a wrap.
One piece if you want the smallest unit and the fastest charge. Two piece (Standard, PRIME) if you use several sticks in a row, since the holder recharges inside the pocket charger and gives 2 back to back sessions.
ILUMA One fills in about 1 hour 30 minutes. The two piece sets take about 2 hours 15 minutes because the pocket charger fills as well. A full charge gives up to 20 uses.
No. Nothing is inserted into the tobacco, so there is no residue in a chamber. The older blade devices needed cleaning, these do not.
No. HEETS have no metal element inside, so an induction device has nothing to heat. TEREA sticks are the only sticks that work in ILUMA.
The newer i-series, from 249 AED.
Heating, sticks and session are identical. ILUMA i adds FlexPuff, Pause Mode, and a touch screen on the Standard and PRIME models. If you never pause a session, first generation ILUMA saves you money. See ILUMA vs ILUMA i.
ILUMA i One at 249 AED, ILUMA i Standard at 369 AED and ILUMA i PRIME at 449 AED.
If you take short, shallow puffs, the device can add up to 4 puffs on top of the standard 14, inside the same 6 minute window. Long full draws use the stick up in the standard 14.
Pause a session for up to 8 minutes and resume the same stick. Pause and FlexPuff do not run together.
Yes. Any TEREA from any edition works in both. Neither works with HEETS.
The lower cost induction option.
The Lambda i8, i9 and i10 are induction devices and take TEREA sticks. Lambda T3 and CC are blade devices and will not heat TEREA, which is why we do not stock them.
A lower price, adjustable temperature on most models, and bigger batteries on the i9 and i10.
It is not made by IQOS, so there is no IQOS warranty or service, no FlexPuff, Pause Mode or IQOS app. See Lambda vs IQOS ILUMA.
Sessions, heating, nicotine and compatibility.
No. A cigarette tip sits at roughly 600C and climbs above 800C on a draw. ILUMA heats the tobacco well below the point of combustion, which is why there is aerosol and no smoke or ash. See How IQOS works.
14 puffs or about 6 minutes, whichever comes first. The device stops on its own.
No. TEREA works with IQOS ILUMA, IQOS ILUMA i and Lambda induction devices. It does not work with older blade devices such as IQOS 3 DUO, and adapters do not make it work. See our device compatibility guide.
About 0.5mg is delivered into the aerosol across a full session. The stick itself holds roughly 4.3mg to 6mg. The two numbers measure different things.
A device that will not heat often just needs charging. An IQOS device behaving oddly is frequently outside its 0 to 40C operating range, which happens easily in a car here in summer. See our troubleshooting guide.
