People often go looking for the minty clove stick and land on the wrong pack because of its colour. Minago Edition is the one IQOS actually describes with mint.

The official IQOS Indonesia wording is a blend of Indonesian clove and fresh cool menthol enriched with green and mint aroma. That is menthol for the cooling and mint as an aroma note on top of it.

Clove, or cengkeh, appears in TEREA only in the Indonesian range. Kretek, the Indonesian clove cigarette, is a long standing format there, which is why Philip Morris International made a clove line for that market and no other.

What does TEREA Minago Edition actually taste like?

Four parts are named: Indonesian clove, fresh cool menthol, a green aroma and a mint aroma. Clove is the base, menthol supplies the cold, and green and mint sit above both.

Menthol and mint are not the same thing here. Menthol is the cooling sensation. Mint is a flavour note IQOS lists separately, which is why Minago reads mintier than a plain menthol stick.

Green is deliberately vague in the official wording. IQOS uses the same green aroma phrasing on other Indonesian sticks without naming a fruit or a herb, so neither do we.

Which clove Edition is the mintiest?

By official wording, Minago. It is the only clove Edition with mint named in its description, and one of only three that carry menthol at all.

No clove Edition has published IQOS intensity, body or aroma ratings, so cooling below is read only from the words IQOS uses.

The Emerald Edition row is worth pausing on. Its green pack leads people to expect mint, but IQOS publishes no aroma wording for it, so Minago is the stick that officially delivers that idea.

What does the Indonesia edition actually change?

For most flavours the country edition changes packaging only. The blend inside stays the same across markets, and the artwork, language and warning change.

Minago is not in that group. No other TEREA market sells a clove stick, so there is no Japanese or Emirati Minago that this pack is a variation of.

That is why we describe it as an Indonesia only product rather than an Indonesian edition of something familiar.

Your pack will be printed in Indonesian with an Indonesian health warning. The stick itself is the standard TEREA format and behaves the same in any supported device.

Which devices does TEREA Minago Edition work with?

Minago works in the IQOS ILUMA range and the IQOS ILUMA i range, and nowhere else.

Every TEREA stick has a metal element inside that the device heats by induction. There is no blade going into the tobacco, so there is no residue and no cleaning cycle.

IQOS warns that using TEREA in an IQOS ORIGINALS or ORIGINALS ONE may damage the device. That warning applies to this stick like any other TEREA.

What is in the pack and how long does one stick last?

A pack holds 20 sticks and a carton holds 10 packs, which is 200 sticks.

One session runs up to 6 minutes or 14 puffs, whichever comes first, including about 20 seconds of preheating on ILUMA i.

How do you use a TEREA Minago Edition stick?

Insert the stick to the printed line and start the cycle. Minago has no capsule, so the menthol and mint are in the blend from the first puff.

Menthol reads coldest in the first few puffs and settles as the stick warms. That is how every menthol TEREA behaves and is not a sign of a stale pack.

Keep the puffs slow. The counter stops at 14 puffs or 6 minutes regardless of how hard you pull.

Who should pick Minago Edition, and who should skip it?

Pick it if you want mint and clove together. It is a combination that only exists in the Indonesian range, and Minago is the clearest version of it.

Skip it if you want cold above all. IQOS calls this fresh cool menthol, while sticks in our green flavour family carry stronger cold menthol wording.

Skip it too if clove is not what you are after. Take the clove away and this becomes a fairly familiar mint menthol stick, which the rest of the range covers better.

How should you store TEREA sticks in the UAE?

Menthol fades fastest in heat, so summer storage matters more with this stick than with a plain tobacco one.

Keep packs indoors at room temperature, out of the sun and away from a car. Do not put them in the fridge, because condensation forms inside the pack when it comes back out.

What questions come up about Minago Edition?

Is Minago the same as Emerald Edition?

No. Minago has an official description naming clove, cool menthol, green and mint aroma. IQOS publishes no aroma wording at all for Emerald Edition, so the two cannot be treated as the same product.

How cold is Minago Edition?

The official wording is fresh cool menthol, which sits below the strong cold menthol phrasing IQOS uses for sticks like Green Indonesia. No numeric cooling score is published for any Indonesian variant.

Does Minago contain real mint?

IQOS lists a green and mint aroma alongside the menthol. We report that wording rather than describing which mint it is, because the official listing does not go into that level of detail.

Is Minago Edition available outside Indonesia?

No. Clove TEREA is produced for the Indonesian market only, so every Minago pack carries Indonesian text and warnings. Other markets have menthol sticks, but none of them include clove.

Can I use Minago in an ILUMA i ONE?

Yes. Every model in the ILUMA and ILUMA i families takes TEREA, including the ONE devices. The session limit of up to 6 minutes or 14 puffs applies the same way across those models.
